iNFable LLC, also known as iNFable Socks, has a shipping policy of shipping proprietary branded items within 48 business hours, and items ordered directly from manufacturers within 48 hours, but the time of receipt is subject to the manufacturer's discretion. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size of the order and shipping address, and tracking information is sent to the provided email upon order completion. Changes to an order or shipping address are difficult to make after an order is placed, but iNFable will attempt to satisfy requests as soon as possible. Customers may return orders within 30 days of receipt, as long as the sock labels and packaging are intact, and are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a product defect. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned order at iNFable's facility. The care instructions for iNFable socks are to wash them at 40C/104F, turn them inside out, not bleach them, not iron them, and hang dry them. For hats, they should be stored carefully in a dry area upside down, cleaned with a light dish detergent, and air-dried in a well-ventilated space. Shipping costs will be added where applicable, and returns can be made within 14 days of delivery as long as the items are returned in perfect condition with labels and original packaging fully intact. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability, or refunded, and refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of receiving the product. iNFable Socks accepts card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
