When will my order ship?
iNFable will ship all proprietary branded items within 48 business hours. Items that come directly from the manufacturer are ordered by iNFable within 48 business hours, but receiving the merchandise is subject to the manufacturer.
How much does shipping cost?
Charges are calculated at check-out and determined by the size of your order and the provided shipping address.
Can I change my order or shipping address after it has been placed?
At iNFable, we are committed to processing your order as fast as possible; therefore, it is difficult to make changes after an order is placed. If a change to your order is necessary, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 30 days for any reason as long as the sock labels and packaging are intact. You are responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for original shipping charges unless there is a product defect.
When will I see my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order back at our facility. Some US and international banks may have further credit processing delays outside of our control.
How can I track my order?
Upon completion of your order, iNFable will send an updated email to the email address provided with the tracking information for the package.
Who designs your socks?
John and his son Courtland Hendershot have developed most of the unique inFable style socks. Landon DenHerder created the HOPE, LOVE, and GRATITUDE socks, and an Unknown individual from Australia designed the Partners Relief and Development socks. Some of our other designs have been created by the manufacturer's designers.

What are your socks made from?
Our premium style is 80% combed cotton. Some types may differ in material composition percentages. See the product details section on each listing for exact rates.
What are the recommended care instructions for iNFable socks?
- Wash at a temperature of 40C/104F
- Turn socks inside out

What are the recommended care instructions for iNFable hats?
- Storing is vital in keeping your hat in good condition
- Note: the brim and crown are easily impressionable; store them with care
- Store in a dry area upside down to remove pressure from the brim
- If the hat succumbs to wet conditions, please do not force dry. Instead, let the hat air dry in a well-ventilated space
- Clean the cap with great care by hand with either a washcloth or toothbrush with a light dish detergent

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Exchanges and refunds
During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. iNFable socks cannot accept returns where tags have been removed. Products purchased on sale (discounted price) are not eligible for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to iNFable socks. Things lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, iNFable socks will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card or the payment method. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs, as mentioned above. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
After review and conclusion of reflecting production issues, Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability, or refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14 days following delivery. All products purchased during our final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in iNFable socks’ instructions, which can be found in your confirmation e-mail.
When your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation of the purchase. Once your package is shipped, we will email you the final proof and instructions. Most orders are shipped by standard mail. Depending on the intended ship-to location, orders can be subject to other shipping methods, and the specific warehouse processing the order may utilize tracking. Applicable charges will have the tracking reference provided in the shipping confirmation email. Our appointed courier partners in each region deliver all orders. Uncollected items are subject to a $20 USD charge for uncollected items if the package is to be re-sent. Incorrect contact details will be subject to an extra charge of $20 USD for returned deliveries caused by entering incorrect or insufficient contact details. Orders to countries outside USA, JAPAN, and the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes levied once your package reaches your country.
We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PAYPAL payment options. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will be dispatched once this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
While we ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. We will treat the order as canceled if we cannot contact you. You will receive a full refund if you cancel and have already paid for the goods.
The prices quoted on this Website are final and may vary either higher or lower than the prices in stores. You acknowledge that the prices quoted on the Website at the time of ordering will be honored. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt within the EU. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU, USA, and Japan may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes levied once your package reaches your country. iNFable socks ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU, USA, or Japan, and we cannot predict what your charges may be. Additional costs must be rendered for your package to clear customs if you incur additional costs. Please get in touch with your local customs office for more information. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include VAT. In addition, delivery costs will be charged; such charges are displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost.’
iNFable socks is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
Stock levels are subject to availability, and we do our best to ensure all orders are packed accordingly to the desired quantities and styles. Should our warehouse not fulfill any order upon packing due to items becoming out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will refund you for the out-of-stock item(s) and send the rest of your goods upon filling. We do not hold any orders and cannot cancel orders at this point in the process. Orders will be packed and shipped in our normal processes and procedures.
